lovely day, nice and sunny but with a breeze. Have a person who works in my team that is being a complete cow, she has made such progress in positive attitude recently, but has now decided to through a complete spanner in the owrk and make a mountain out of a molehill. I made the mistake of asking her to make a choice rather than telling her my decision, trying to include her in the process rather than being dictatorial and she's thrown it all back in my face!! Totally insecure twat.
Ah well, glad I've got that off my chest.

And on such a beautiful day, I feel real sorrow for her family, she was such a vibrant, at times coarse person, who was a dominant force in the lives all she touched. She will be missed!
Could wallow in sorrow, or be glad of what and who I have and grateful for the time I have to appreciate that. My heart's had enough sadness, be grateful for what you have while you have it and when it's gone cherish the memory.

Don't get me wrong I'm not an uber fit girl, just attempting to get fitish in a way that doesn't involve going to the boring gym. Anyhoo, it was quite a revelation, esp. after that article in the Observer about bikers failing to obey the highway code. I had two cars stop and let me out at junctions, in London!! Wowzers.
Cycled all the way from Lewisham to camden and then to hackney last week, not half as bad as I anticipated.
Cycled to work and back today, feel suprisingly energised on this lovely summers eve, so am off for a Pimms in the garden!
